Provisional Bookings
Can be made as soon as you know your date. Please confirm these within 14 days with your booking form and £100 deposit.

Final Numbers
The minimum numbers charged will be those notified to us 48 hours before the Wedding

Payment of Your Account
Is requested seven days prior to your reception. A pro-forma invoice will be prepared and we will accept 95% of this balance with the remainder being paid on departure.

Children are very welcome
Three years and under, there will be no charge. Children under 12 will be charged 1/2 the full rate. Special children's meals are available.

Cancellation
We reserve the right to levy a cancellation charge if a confirmed booking is cancelled and we cannot relet the date. The following rates apply:

• Between 12 months and 6 months before the wedding - loss of deposit
• Between 6 months and 3 months before the wedding - 10% of estimated invoice
• Between 3 months and 1 month before the wedding - 25% of estimated invoice
• Less than 1 Month 50% of estimated invoice
• Deposits will be offset against cancellation charges
